Isn't this also a monopolistic step to allow PTCL to come up with this service? Other service providers lack this copper infrastructure but have invested billions in getting licenses and other operations. I think this is going to cause death of many telcos in Pakistan. I have also observed that PTCL has improved its complaint service as well. They solved our phone complaint the same day I made it.
